Quinn Elleen Gormley
Chaplain & Changemaker
I'm a chaplain, writer, speaker, and equity advocate working at the intersection of spiritual care, public health, and systemic change. With deep roots in both clinical and movement spaces, I support individuals and communities through crisis, transition, and transformation—always with an eye toward justice and connection.
My background spans nonprofit leadership, LGBTQ+ health education, legislative advocacy, hospital chaplaincy, and sexual violence response. I hold academic training in public health, psychology, and theology, and my current research focuses on transgender experiences of death and dying, evidence-based spiritual care practices, the psychological toll of anti-queer policy, and pastoral responses to climate anxiety.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate classical and liturgical musician (primarily a marimbist), a determined home cook, a lifelong math nerd, and an unapologetic romance novel enthusiast. I live in Auburn, Maine with my husband, our kid, and a lively menagerie of pets.
